I'm attempting to write a small 'turn based' tactical 'multi player' mobile game. This is a Developer Diary to show how difficult these kind of things are to do, especially when you've already got a full time job, social life etc. The game itself will be written with a combination of J2ME, .Net and XML (as the glue between them). However, I'm presently writing a realtime multiplayer mobile game at the moment, as a learning exercise for the turn based game.
It’s all down to the resize code. I haven’t completed it yet so I’m going to have to complete it properly before I can put it on to the Nokia’s for testing. I could hardcode the value but to be honest I might as well get the resize code out of the way properly.
