I'm attempting to write a small 'turn based' tactical 'multi player' mobile game. This is a Developer Diary to show how difficult these kind of things are to do, especially when you've already got a full time job, social life etc. The game itself will be written with a combination of J2ME, .Net and XML (as the glue between them). However, I'm presently writing a realtime multiplayer mobile game at the moment, as a learning exercise for the turn based game.
It's excellent. I've now got a working N80 version of interphace. The Screen looks lovely with the Screen resolution doubled. There are a couple of things that have to be Tweeked. But it should be ready for release by the end of the week.
